We’re working with welcoming schools across Leeds and Wakefield searching for confident HLTAs who can step into classrooms, support learning across year groups, and become a reliable part of the wider school team from September.

Your role will include:

• Delivering lessons during teacher release time
• Supporting intervention groups and classroom learning
• Covering classes when needed
• Working closely with teachers and SLT
• Helping pupils build confidence and progress

What you’ll need:

• HLTA qualification or relevant experience
• Experience supporting primary pupils
• Confidence managing classrooms independently
• A calm, organised, and positive approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
