History Teacher

I am recruiting for an History Teacher for a secondary school located in the Mansfield area to start in January 2019 if not sooner for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will be professional, flexible and adaptable with the opportunity to work in a rewarding school.

The ideal candidate will want to be included in the schools ethics to achieve and strongly and firmly believe this and instill this in their methods of teaching and how they act as a role model for the kids. The school promote a very supportive teamwork style environment where the Teachers are expected to look out for each other and help unify to get through the challenges of teaching successfully.

Our client school is looking for teachers who are:
• passionate for teaching with the ability to deliver planned lessons to the highest quality, engaging the students properly with a focus on attainment.
• able to organise their own level of planning, marking and manage their tutor group attached as a responsibility for which the successful applicant will be required to motivate and guide to achieve.
• compassionate and respectful towards staff and students alike.
• able to demonstrate a commitment to education and the development of all students.
• able to create dynamic and inspiring teaching methods to ensure the progression of all students in your care.

To apply for this role, you must:
Have recent experience teaching History in a secondary school environment, this may be that you have just completed QTS and be newly qualified, in fact of this is the case, this role may be perfect.
Have QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or be working towards it, or another relevant teaching qualification.
