Job description
A prestigious Grammar school in Southend, Essex are currently looking to recruit a qualified secondary teacher of History to join their department.

With excellent staff who support the students in all their learning and extra-curricular activities. A friendly school and one which provides an encouraging environment in which pupils can pursue a diverse range of activities. They have an enviable reputation for their work ethic and the school is regularly in the top 100 of all state schools for our performance at GCSE and Advanced Level.

To be considered for this role, you must hold QTS. Internationally trained teachers are more than welcome to apply, as long as you can demonstrate a working knowledge of the UK curriculum. NQTs are also encouraged to apply.

The successful candidate will be paid accordingly to their level of experience and relative to the main pay scale.
