Job description
Day to Day and Long Term Higher Level Teaching Assistant Roles Available In Lewisham, South East London

Are you ready to start a job that you love and is both rewarding and career enhancing?

Do you have any experience working with SEN (Special Educational Needs)? An outstanding school in Lewisham is looking for support workers passionate about improving the lives of young people with profound and multiple learning difficulties.

If you have experience or an excellent understanding in any of the following areas, I would like to hear from you:

• PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties)
• ASD (Autistic spectrum disorder
• SLD (Severe Learning Difficulties)
• Cerebral Palsy
• Down Syndrome

To apply for this position, you would ideally have the following:

NVQ Level 3 in Child Care and Education (or equivalent)

• Have good communication skills
• Have strong and effective behaviour management
• Work well under pressure
• Have the ability to inspire students to be active and progress with learning

All successful applicants will be Team Teach trained within 12 weeks of starting at no cost to the candidate.
