Job description
Do you have a level 4 or higher qualification within education?
Do you have extensive experience of covering primary classes across all Key Stages?
Are you a committed primary higher level teaching assistant who is looking to work in a progressive primary school?

Protocol Education are looking for an experienced primary higher level teaching assistant for an immediate start area.

The position is at a very busy primary school and will be covering Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 with some EYFS classes also.

The ideal primary higher level teaching assistant will have following:
• HLTA certificate with experience in primary education
• The enthusiasm to work with children with a variety of different personalities and skill levels
• A strong, confident individual who can take control of a classroom
• Able to engage well with pupils
• Able to work under your own initiative
• Smartly presented and with excellent time management skills
The school is looking for a primary higher level teaching assistant who is able to confidently support and motivate their students whilst being flexible enough to cover classes in absence of the class teacher.
