Job description
Higher Level Teaching Assistant Required
Fantastic Primary school in Redhill, Surrey

Protocol Education are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant to provide extra curriculum support within English & Maths at a lovely Primary school in Redhill, Surrey.

We are committed to supporting schools in their challenge to improve with Subject Specialist TAs as we are aware that a number of schools are requiring extra support in order to raise attainment levels and standards within the curriculum subjects.

Working on a temporary or a permanent basis, you will need to combine your professional experience and skills to support a varied and stimulating curriculum within a primary school.

Responsible for ensuring the effective teaching and learning of these pupils, you will need to be confident in your ability to support students and staff and use your initiative as well as able being to work as part of the teaching and support team.

To be considered for Teaching Assistant jobs in Surrey, you must:

- Have recent experience of working within an educational setting (and be able to provide references)
- Be a qualified Teaching Assistant
- Have a Maths or English degree or have equivalent knowledge and understanding
- Have experience supporting Primary pupils
