Job description
I am working with a school based in Middlesbrough who are currently in need of a HLTA to join their team on a two term secondment, starting in January. The school are single form entry and are graded as good by OFSTED, the school are very proud of the fact that they have no behavioural issues and have fantastic support from the parents.

Although the majority of your time will be spent in KS2 this will be a varied role and you will be expected to work across the school as and where required. There will be some intervention work leading up to SATS as well as some 1:1 sessions to trying and raise attainment with low achievers, there will also be the opportunity to lead the class with previously planned work. This is a fast paced role where you will be expected to hit the ground running.
