Protocol Education are working in partnership with a specialist school in Woodbridge, Suffolk to recruit a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a full-time temp-to-perm position starting as soon as possible.
This specialist setting supports children and young people with a range of additional needs, including SEMH, Autism (ASD), ADHD, communication difficulties and other SEND. The school provides a therapeutic, nurturing environment where every pupil is supported to achieve their full potential.
As a HLTA, no two days will be the same. You'll play an important role in supporting pupils both inside and outside the classroom, helping to create a positive learning environment and encouraging students to develop academically, socially and emotionally.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within specialist education, with the potential to secure a permanent role following a successful temporary placement.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
