We are looking for a strong and committed Higher Level Teaching Assistant for a Good', two form entry school in WF2. We would also consider ambitious NQTs as well as experienced teachers wanting this type of role. The ideal applicant will need to be versatile and adaptable as the will be required to cover both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 for PPA and Management time. As a HLTA, you will also be required to complete intervention sessions for English and Maths with small groups.

The school has excellent CPD opportunities and a fantastic leadership team who are supportive.

You must:
- Believe passionately in creating an outstanding learning environment and opportunities to ensure all children achieve and make the best possible progress
- Have a talent for bringing learning alive and be successful in securing children's excitement for learning
- Have good classroom and behaviour management
- Have TA/HLTA qualifications (minimum Level 5/6) OR QTS or NQT status offering ideally a PGCE, B.Ed or BA
- Eligible to work in the UK or a UK resident and have at least 6 weeks previous classroom experience
- Must have a valid DBS or prepared to undertake one through Protocol Education
- You must also provide two references
