Job description
Protocol Education are currently recruiting for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to work with a secondary school located in Swindon to start ASAP.

The ideal candidate will be professional and passionate while having experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder is preferred. Our client school is looking for an outstanding TA who can adapt to the ever changing school environment while provide one on one assistance to a pupil with ASD. The school embodies their principals which include drive, integrity, scholarship and contribution.

Position: HLTA with ASD experience

Location: Swindon

Start Date: ASAP

Protocol Education are looking for a candidate who: -

• Believes that every student, regardless of their background, can make outstanding progress.
• Utilises a variety of teaching methods to present engaging interactions based on the subject provided by the teacher.
• Is caring and has the drive and passion to continue to develop strong relationships and the wellbeing with staff, students, parents, governors and the local community.

Protocol Education are required to take safeguarding steps which include:
• DBS Check
• 2 professional references and work experience gaps listed
• Proof of address
