Our client school is recruiting for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant.  This is a SEND school for children and young people aged between 2-19 years old with profound, severe and complex needs, many of whom have a diagnosis of autism.

 

The role of a HLTA wil include making a differene to childrens learning and progress by supporting class teaching including PPA cover, assisting in providing a learning environment that enables all children to learn to the best of their ability and to support all childrens well-being and to lead intervention groups.

 

Are you-

  • Passionate, fun and creative.
  • Experienced in working with children.
  • Literate and numerate.
  • Able to establish, supportive and secure relationships with children.
  • Able to lead intervention groups in order to support learnign or any emotional social or behavioural needs of any children.
  • Provide effective feedback to children and teachers.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
