Job description
An Good' school close to West Drayton are looking for an experienced HLTA who is able to cover classes across KS1 & 2 to join them from September.
The school benefits from great transport links and is a good commute from both inside and outside London. With a warm and dedicated team of staff there is an emphasis on high expectations for all students, ensuring that positive behaviour management and creating a supportive environment for all staff and students is created.
As a HLTA you will need to have a relevant qualification and/or demonstratable experience of covering classes, PPA time. Ideally you will have experience with supported Teachers with pupil tracking and progress reports and delivering high quality intervention to students to support learning. Ideally you will have a specialist subject in one of the core curriculum areas such as Maths, Literacy or Science, or specialise in working in EYFS and be confident in supporting with phonics.
