Bromley Secondary School looking to appoint a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

£80-100 Day Rate

The Learning support team in this 'Good' Ofsted rated Bromley school provides tailored support and care in our tiered inclusion provision, while supporting the learning of individual students and small groups in class. We oversee learning across specific activities under the guidance of a teacher. As a member of the you will contribute to the planning, preparation and delivery of withdrawal and intervention classes within the Inclusion curriculum to enable access to learning for all students taking account of interests, language and culture. You will need to be an LSA who is experienced in working with SEND students and those with an EHCP and be aware of best practice in teaching less able learners and those with specific learning needs. Experience or qualifications working in one or more of the following specialist areas: autism, dyslexia, literacy, numeracy or literacy support programmes is highly desirable.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
