Job description
Health and Social Care Assessor
Croydon, Surrey


Are you an experienced Health and Social Care Assessor looking for a new challenge with an amazing diverse college?

We are looking for someone who is experienced in the delivery of Health and Social Care Apprenticeships. You will need to have occupational competency as well as have your A1 or equivalent.
You will be based at the college site with a caseload of around 50 learners. You will manage your own diary and will work a 35 hours per week, with occasional evening work as determined by the needs of your learners.
You will be responsible in devising ILP's and identifying any additional learning needs, making sure that the learner journey is of quality and timely

Requirements:
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Experience of working with work based apprentices ranging in age from 16-60
• Capable of managing a caseload of up to 50 apprentices on a pro-rata basis
• Occupational experience within Health and Social Care
• Apprenticeship assessing experience within Health and Social Care
• Confident in the delivery of functional skills Maths and English up to L2
• Assessing Qualification (A1/PTLLS/TAQA/CAVA/D32)
• Experience of delivering up to L5.
• Hands on experience using an e-portfolio
• Health & Social Care qualification - minimum of level 3
