Responsibilities

• Lead the Geography department to achieve excellence across teaching and learning
• Inspire students through innovative and engaging curriculum delivery
• Support and mentor staff within the department

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality teaching and learning
