Job description
Are you an NQT or fully qualified Secondary English/Literature teacher looking for guaranteed work on a supply a basis for the new academic year?

In preparation for the new academic year I am looking to welcome a new Teacher of English and Literature to my team with the very sought after offer of a guaranteed work contact. This means that even if I am unable to secure you an agreed amount of days work each week, you will still be paid...bonus!

This role is paid to scale and will mean that you work exclusively with me at Protocol Education...I have already provided hard working members of my valued team of teachers guaranteed work contracts for the new academic year many of which have been working with Protocol for several academic years and would highly recommend us!

Becoming a supply teacher with Protocol Education often leads to our teachers being invited back to the schools they work in for regular supply work, longer term roles and even permanent positions providing them with varied and enriching experiences all whilst providing more of a work:life balance

Is it for me?

Do you hold QTS or equivalent at Secondary level and specialise in the delivery of English and Literature?
You must be a clear and confident communicator with the ability to inspire and motivate pupils
Have access to your own transport and be willing to travel within a 45 minute window in Leicestershire (desirable but not essential)
Must be reliable, efficient and trustworthy
