Job description
Do you have experience of working with children diagnosed with various special educational needs, or you have care for individuals with dementia, depression or other social, emotional and mental health difficulties?

Protocol Education, a multiple award-winning specialist provider of classroom based staff to schools and academies across whole England, is currently on a hunt for talented graduated looking for a career in a primary school sector. We provide over 4,000 clients with the full range of classroom based staff on both a temporary and permanent basis and are currently looking to recruit graduate level teaching assistants who could work on a day-to-day and long-term basis at our client schools in North West London.
The successful candidates will be required to assist the teacher within the classroom, build strong relationships with the students and colleagues, bring new ideas to the table and to track the progress of the children within the class. On top of this, you will create a warm and friendly atmosphere in which the children will be able to develop emotionally, socially and educationally. You will work alongside the respective teams and together you will work to plan, prepare and participate in a range of exciting activities that promote each child's physical, intellectual and emotional needs enabling each child to reach their full potential. You will also be asked to check in on a weekly basis to ensure their regime it being sustained, and liaise with their parents.

You don't need to have experience in the school setting, however, we require
** A Bachelor degree (2:2 or higher)
** some experience of working with special educational needs (paid/voluntary)
** strong passion for education and helping pupils to achieve their full academic potential
** enthusiastic and bubbly personality
