Job description
Protocol Education are working on behalf of an Alnwick School to recruit a team of graduates to provide support to pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs in their day to day learning and routines. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates of all disciplines to build experience prior to applying or partaking in a SCITT or PGCE. If successful you will work alongside the class teachers to support pupils aged between 11-18 in their learning. You will be responsible for feeding back pupil progress to teachers as well as supporting the assessment and recording of pupil attainment.

THe school is in easy reach of the A19 and the surrounding areas of Northumberland, including Berwick, Bedlington, Ashington and Amble. Successful candidates will be required to work on an ad-hoc basis, usually between 3-5 days a week.

Highlights of this role include:

·Earning while learning up to £70 per day (dependent on work undertaken).
·The ability to network in a local school
·A dedicated consultant to offer support throughout the placement

Successful candidates will:

·Be educated to degree level
· Be available to work 3-5 days per week
· Hold an updated DBS check (or willing to obtain one)
· Have the right to work in the UK
