We are looking for Teaching Assistants with a background, experience or a passion in with children with Autism or other complex needs in a resource base or in mainstream classrooms. Part of your role will be support children's learning needs, social inclusion and independence. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic self-motivated and respond well to
the needs of the children.

Responsibilities as a Graduate Teaching Assistant Include:

• Assisting in providing effective teaching on a one-to-one basis or in small groups.
• Helping with the planning and delivery of lessons.
• Supporting the progress of pupils, educational and behaviour.
• Preparing classroom resources and activities.
• Providing feedback to teachers and parents.
