Job description
An Outstanding Primary School in Newham, East London are looking to recruit a number of graduates who are looking to either start a career within in Education or continue working as a teaching assistant. They have a number of roles from Early Years to Key Stage one supporting children within class and on a one to one basis. Previous experience is not essential, we are looking for passionate candidates who have the right attitude and transferable skills and who are looking to gain classroom experience.

You may be required to work with a range of abilities and age groups, in varied classroom environments and sometimes with children with special needs statements. You will be required to support children on a 1 to 1 basis or with small groups, assisting them in and out of the classroom for various activities. You will work closely with other school staff, and take direction from the class teacher and other staff members. You will assist with school work in various subjects, and will often need to find creative ways to keep students engaged in lessons.
