Job description
It gives me great pleasure to represent this vibrant Junior School based in Hayes who are seeking to appoint two Graduate Teaching Assistants - fantastic opportunity for recent grad looking to start their career in Education and teaching!

Do you have a passion for supporting young people in education?

Can you be a positive role model and inspiring leader for students in this School, encouraging them to achieve to their potential?

The School need a proactive and forward-thinking Teaching Assistant to work with their students across Key Stages 1 and 2.

Joining this welcoming School will enable you the opportunity to work with lower ability students to help them reach their attainment goals. You will support them both academically and with social and emotional issues that may be the barrier to learning.

The successful applicant will be approachable and friendly, able to build strong relationships with students and staff and the following attributes are highly desired but not essential;

• Experience working with Primary aged children

• Knowledge of Special Educational Needs - Autism/ADHD/Down Syndrome

• Graduate in Drama, Psychology or Counselling
