Job description
One of our fantastic Primary School Academies in Uxbridge is seeking a Graduate Teaching Assistant - great opportunity for recent grad looking to start their career in Education and teaching!

Do you have the ability to encourage disengaged learners reach their potential?

Are you an energetic presence in the classroom that can inspire and stimulate pupils and be a positive role model?

The School need a flexible and forward-thinking Teaching Assistant to work with their students across Key Stages 1 and 2.

Joining this vibrant School will enable you the opportunity to work with lower ability students to help them reach their attainment goals. You will support them both academically and with social and emotional issues that may be the barrier to learning.

The successful applicant will be approachable and friendly, able to build strong relationships with students and staff and the following attributes are highly desired but not essential;

• Experience working with Primary age students

• Knowledge of Special Educational Needs

• Graduate in Drama, Psychology or Counselling
