What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting teaching and learning across the curriculum
- Delivering small-group intervention programmes
- Working with students requiring additional support
- Encouraging positive behaviour and learning habits
- Supporting pupils with SEND
- Building strong relationships with students and staff
