About the Role
We’re looking for a Graduate Teaching Assistant to support pupils across a busy, friendly secondary school. This is a great chance to build classroom experience, boost your confidence and explore whether teaching is the right path for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting pupils during lessons, group work and targeted interventions
- Helping teachers prepare resources and keep the classroom running smoothly
- Providing calm reassurance to pupils who need extra guidance
- Building relationships that help young people feel motivated and understood
What We’re Looking For
- A recent graduate with a genuine interest in education
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Someone organised, reliable and ready to learn
- A calm approach when pupils need extra support

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
