Job description
We are looking for a person who is confident supporting students with challenging behaviour in all key stage levels. If you have a genuine interest in entering the teaching profession, then this will be a perfect place to start your career. The school is based in Croydon and offers plenty of parking on-site.

As part of their team, you will be responsible for the progress and wellbeing of the pupil. You will be providing assistant for a student who have autism, SEMH (Social Emotional and Mental Health) and challenging behaviour. The successful candidate will be a resilient, enthusiastic and committed teaching assistant.

The Role

-5 days a week, term time only.
-8:30am 3:30pm
-Based in Croydon
-Working 1:1 with pupils who have challenging behaviour


-Be hard working
-Be willing to help and inspire
-Be enthusiastic
-Minimum 1 years of experience working with autism and challenging behaviour
-Have excellent communication skills
-Confident with the SEN code of practice
-Experience of supporting pupils of a Primary or Secondary age
