Full-Time | Immediate and Ongoing Roles

The Role

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils across KS3 and KS4 in a range of subjects
• Provide 1:1 and small group support, including students with SEND such as ASD, ADHD, and dyslexia
• Help students stay focused, engaged, and confident in lessons
• Work alongside teachers to adapt tasks and resources
• Build positive relationships that support learning and wellbeing
• Contribute to a calm, purposeful classroom environment

You’ll gain hands-on experience across different schools, subjects, and year groups, giving you a real feel for what working in education is like.
