Graduate Teaching Assistant Job

North London, Starting September 2016 or sooner

Founded in 2009, This Primary School is a small but growing independent primary school for girls and boys aged 4-11 in North London located on the inspirational setting close to Bank and Liverpool Street.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, well-presented and suitable Teaching Assistant (TA) to work as part of a strong classroom support team within the School: to help staff in the preparation of lessons, to provide reading support and to carry out supervision and administrative duties.

There is also an option of this Teaching Assistant job to have the responsibility of running the After School Club, for which additional payment will be given.

We are looking for full time TAs to work 8am - 4:00pm during term time.

Please note: We undertake safeguarding checks on all our workers in accordance with the DfE statutory guidance 'Keeping Children Safe in Education'. As part of these checks, we require a current Enhanced DBS Disclosure for everyone working in schools. If you do not have a valid subscription to the DBS Update Service, we will require you to complete a new DBS application as part of the registration process, at a cost of £44.00.
