Graduate SEN TA - Newham

Pay: £65-85 - dependent on role and experience
Are you a recent Graduate with a passion for working with children with Special Educational Needs and disabilities? If you have prior experience working with SEND pupils, either within the classroom or in another setting, protocol would love to hear from you.
Protocol are currently working with a number of Primary schools and SEND schools in Newham who require a number of SEND TA's to start as soon as possible to support their pupils. The majority of these positions are long term and for the right candidate could lead to permanent employment.
The pupils you will be supporting have a range of SEND from behavioural problems, Autism, and Profound Multiple Learning disabilities (PMLD). Prior experience is therefore essential.
The ideal candidate will;
•Have prior experience working with SEND students, either in the classroom or within the wider community
•Be educated to a degree level (2:1 or above desirable)
•A degree closely related to SEN would be highly beneficial
•Enthusiastic and energetic with a real desire to make a difference to life of your students
•Be professional at all times, adhering to the relevant safeguarding procedures at all times
•Flexible
Protocol is committed to the stringent safeguarding of the pupils in our schools; In order to apply, candidates must either hold a current DBS on the update service or be willing to undertake one through protocol. Employment is also dependent on the return of satisfactory references from previous employers.
