We’re looking for graduates to support pupils with SEMH needs in a Gateshead secondary school.

This isn’t about standing at the back of a classroom. It’s hands-on, proactive support.

What you will be doing:

• Working 1:1 with identified pupils
• Supporting positive behaviour strategies
• Assisting with crisis prevention and de-escalation
• Helping pupils re-focus and access learning
• Liaising with SENCO and pastoral staff

You’ll need patience, emotional intelligence, and confidence.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
