Job description
Graduates Needed for LSA/Cover Supervisor Roles

We have fantastic opportunities for motivated graduates looking for flexible, varied and challenging work in secondary schools across the borough of Hounslow to work as LSA and potentially moving into Cover Supervisor roles.

LSAs will undertake care and support for the learning of individuals or groups of pupils with various needs, contracts range from day to day work, short term or even long term supply roles. Graduate LSA roles are highly desired, offering aspiring teachers or those considering a future career in education the opportunity to gain invaluable practical school based experience.

Students will have mainly learning difficulties so require support in some of the core subjects but some may have behavioural difficulties so the right person will need a flexible and confident approach when working with young people, as well as good subject knowledge in a variety of areas of secondary education.

You will work with the consultant for your area to find the right roles for you and Protocol also offers free CPD courses helping to build your experience.

If this sounds like the right role for you please get in touch!

Please note: We undertake safeguarding checks on all our workers in accordance with the DfE statutory guidance 'Keeping Children Safe in Education'. As part of these checks, we require a current Enhanced DBS Disclosure for everyone working in schools. If you do not have a valid subscription to the DBS Update Service, we will require you to complete a new DBS application as part of the registration process, at a cost of £44.00.
