A secondary school located in the north of county Durham is recruiting for a graduate learning support assistant to start work ASAP. This is an ongoing role, will the strong possibility that the role will be made permanent for the right candidate after a 12 week period of working through Protocol Education.
The school is eager to find an enthusiastic and energetic graduate to provide support on a 121 and small group basis. This will include working within classes and subjects across the curriculum. At times some students may display challenging behaviour, therefore the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate they are able to be calming and empathetic.
The school is located in the north west of county Durham, making travel from the Tyne Valley, Newcastle and Gateshead possible.
