Job description
Graduate/Cover Supervisor role - Secondary Schools South Leeds

Are you looking to get into teaching? Or are you wanting to cover a range of subjects to gain that extra experience?

We have many clients across South Leeds looking for dedicated and positive cover supervisors for KS3 and KS4 to cover across a range of subjects in Secondary schools. If you are based around the areas of Rothwell, Oulton, Middleton, Morley, Garforth and surrounding areas these roles would be ideal for you.

September 2019 start
Daily, short term and longer-term work on a part-time or full-time basis
£60-£70 based on experience
Experience is desirable though not necessary
English/Maths specialism would be advantageous but not essential

This is a fantastic opportunity for you if you are looking to gain experience within teaching across Secondary schools in Leeds. This is an opportunity to gain teaching experience on a completely flexible basis, with the option to cover your degree subject if you desire. Often our clients have offered to train our cover supervisors as teachers.

Experience in a Secondary school would be desirable but not essential, ideally you would have excellent communication skills, great numeracy and literacy skills along with a resilient and adaptable personality. Our clients are looking for positive individuals who really can challenge and engage their students. Strong behaviour management is a must.

This role would be ideal for an aspiring teacher looking to gain that insight into the classroom or an individual who has decided now is the time to make that change and really make a difference to young people's lives. Graduates encouraged to apply.

If this role sounds like you then please get in touch and call 0113 2468220 or email
toni-marie.watson@protocol-education.com for further details. Please also feel free to send your CV.
