Job description
Graduate Cover supervisors - Nottinghamshire & Derbyshire

Are you a graduate who is thinking about a career in teaching? Protocol are currently looking for a number of enthusiastic graduates to work in our partner schools as cover supervisors.

This is a job that would be ideal for a recent graduate who is looking to get hands on experience in a classroom setting before taking up a full time position or further training. As a cover supervisor you will be expected to deliver lessons to key stage 3 and 4 classes. The job will be extremely varied and you can expect to teach a range of subjects to different year groups.

The cover supervisor's main job is to manage a classroom, ensuring that students remain on task with the work they have been set by the teacher; strong classroom management is therefore vital for this role.

Due to the nature of the job, you will need to be flexible and ideally be able to work at least 3 days of week. You will also need to be able to travel to variety of schools in different areas of Nottingham & Derbyshire.
