A secondary school in Gateshead with approximately 500 pupils is searching for a Graduate Behaviour Support Assistant to support students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.

This isn't a sit-behind-a-desk role.

You'll be:
Supporting students who need help staying engaged
Building positive relationships
Helping pupils access learning successfully
Working closely with pastoral and behaviour teams

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
