Graduate Behaviour Support Assistant

This role is ideal for graduates interested in behaviour, youth work, or social care. You’ll be supporting pupils who need guidance, structure, and someone consistent in their corner.

• Supporting pupils with behaviour and engagement
• Helping de-escalate challenging situations
• Encouraging positive behaviour and routines
• Building strong, respectful relationships with students
• Supporting learning in and out of lessons

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
