Geography is a valued subject within the curriculum, helping students develop an understanding of local, national, and global issues. The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons that bring geographical concepts to life, inspiring pupils to explore topics such as sustainability, urbanisation, climate change, cultural diversity, and global development.

The school is committed to promoting British values, including democracy, individual liberty, mutual respect, and the rule of law. Diversity, inclusion, and respect for different cultures, beliefs, and perspectives are embedded throughout the curriculum.

Safeguarding is a key priority, and all staff are expected to actively contribute to maintaining a safe and supportive environment for pupils.

The Ideal Candidate

We welcome applications from both experienced Geography Teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs).

The successful candidate will:

  • Hold UK QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification
  • Have strong subject knowledge and a passion for Geography
  • Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons that promote curiosity and critical thinking
