Protocol Education are working with a mainstream secondary school who are seeking to appoint a Geography Teacher join their department.

The successful candidate must have a passion for Geography and a commitment to making a difference to the lives of the students.

The ability to deliver lessons within the other areas of Humanities, including History and RE is desirable. 

This post is suitable for a teacher who is currently in training (ECT) or someone who would like to widen their experience.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative and committed team that have a vision to succeed through a shared focus on teaching and learning. 

The classrooms have been refurbished and equipped with white boards, projectors, and speakers.

The secondary school is a friendly institution with a strong culture of traditional values that values teamwork and high achievement in all areas of work with the students.

In terms of travel, this school is in proximity of the B160 and A112 providing good transportation links and on-site parking for those who drive.

 

Requirements:

  • A well-qualified, ambitious teacher with strong curriculum knowledge 
  • Someone who supports the school values and has the welfare and progress of our pupils as their primary goal
  • Good written and verbal skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
