This is a great all-round role for someone who enjoys variety and wants to support children across different needs and abilities.

The school is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to work across classes, providing targeted support where it’s needed most. You might be supporting learning, confidence, behaviour, or emotional wellbeing, always with guidance from experienced staff.

The environment is welcoming and inclusive, with a leadership team that understands the importance of strong support staff in helping children thrive.

In this role, you may:

  • Support pupils with additional learning needs

  • Work across different year groups

  • Provide in-class and small group support

  • Help pupils feel confident, supported, and included

This role works well for someone flexible, caring, and keen to build experience in a supportive primary setting.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
