Job description
Protocol Education is currently looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Full Time Year 6 Teacher to join a very well-established team at one of the best schools in the London Borough of Brent.

Our client is a school who has high expectations of all of pupils, both in their learning and wider development. They are seeking a dynamic, hard-working and passionate teacher to join their team and plan, deliver and asses Year 6 National British Curriculum to a high standard, successfully preparing the pupils for their SATs and transition into a secondary school education.

The ideal candidate will have an extensive experience working within the upper KS2 British National Curriculum. They will have a strong understanding of Year 6, excellent behaviour management skills and can-do' attitude. We are looking for an individual who can provide inspiring atmosphere in the classroom and meaningful and enriching learning experiences ensuring that all children achieve and attain to the best of their ability by the time they finish their primary education. You will be a quick learner and be able to perform to the highest expectations with a minimum of supervision.

This is a full-time Year 6 sickness-cover role, which starts in January 2018 and will contrinue at least May half-term.

The successful applicant must have:
- A Qualified Teacher Status (either a PGCE or Cert Ed.)
- A minimum of 1 year UK teaching experience.
- Knowledge of KS2 British National Curriculum and the ability to plan differentiated work.
- A valid DBS or willing to undertake one.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
- Excellent teaching references
