Job description
An 'Outstanding' Primary School in the London Borough of Brent is currently looking for an experienced upper KS2 teacher.

The successful applicant will be covering classes in Year 6 on a permanent contract, starting in September 2016.

Experience teaching and planning for Key Stage 2 of the British National Curriculum is essential and the school are looking for a practitioner who will be very well organised, have experience with preparing students for their transition into Secondary school and passion for delivering focused lesson plans. You will also have exceptional classroom management skills and warm and enthusiastic personality.

This is a great opportunity to join an experienced and established team with great and very well behaved children.

The successful applicant must have:

- A Qualified Teacher Status (either a PGCE or Cert Ed.)

- A minimum of 1 year UK teaching experience.

- Good knowledge of KS2 National Curriculum and the ability to plan differentiated work.

- A valid DBS or willing to undertake one.

- Right to work in the UK.

- Excellent teaching references.

Additionally, the candidates must be available for interviews next week as the school would like to appoint immediately.
