Job description
A 'Good' (by Ofsted) Primary School in Brent is looking for an experienced lower KS2 teacher.

The successful applicant will be covering classes in Year 4 on a long term contract from Easter 2018 until July 2018, although if everything goes well, this might be extended and even become a permanent position.

They are looking for a candidate who has in-depth subject knowledge and is able to efficiently support children's academic potential and further extend their learning. In return, they're offering a fun and friendly atmosphere and opportunity to work at a place with fantastic facilities and with well-behaved children and supportive and outgoing staff.

Our client is looking for a candidate who will have a strong understanding of KS2, excellent behaviour management skills, inspiring, motivating and engaging attitude, and can-do' attitude. On top of this, the school is seeking a teacher who is committed, hard-working, very organised and can work with a minimum of supervision.

The successful applicant must have:
- A Qualified Teacher Status (either a PGCE or Cert Ed.)
- A minimum of 1 year UK teaching experience.
- Knowledge of KS2 National Curriculum and the ability to plan differentiated work.
- A valid DBS or willing to undertake one.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
- Excellent teaching references
- Strong behaviour management skills.

Additionally, the candidates must be available for interviews immediately, as the school would like to appoint as soon as possible.
