Job description
A lovely primary school in the London Borough of Brent is looking for an experienced KS1 teacher.

This is a full time role teaching Year 1 and starting in September 2016 and will be until the end of the academic year with the possibility of this being extended.

Our client is looking for a committed and dedicated candidate with a high work-ethic and ‘can-do’ attitude. The role would ideally suit a Newly Qualified Teacher who would like to develop and progress in their career. The school offers excellent professional development opportunities and many benefits of working in a network of schools.

On top of this, the successful applicant must have:

- A Qualified Teacher Status (either a PGCE or Cert Ed.)

- Experience of working within the British National Curriculum.

- Knowledge of KS1 National Curriculum and the ability to plan differentiated work.

- A valid DBS or willing to undertake one.

- Eligible to work in the UK.

- Excellent teaching references

- Strong behaviour management skills.

Additionally, the candidates must be available for interviews immediately, as the school would like to appoint as soon as possible.
