Job description
An 'Outstanding' (by Ofsted) primary school based in Willesden, Brent is looking for an experienced and highly committed Year 1 Teacher to join their supportive and well-established team in January 2018.

This role is full-time and will continue for at least a term. The successful applicant will be covering classes in Year 1 on a long term basis.

Our client is a school of well-established international team with very well-behaved children. The school aims at exploring and developing students' full potential and encouraging them to pursue their passions and interests. It's the place where each member of staff can contribute to children's social and academic progress and boost your own personal career.

The school is looking for an experienced Year 1 teacher who has taught in the UK for at least 1 year. Ideal candidate must be well-organised, highly committed, has a can-do attitude and take own initiative when necessart, and have a warm, enthusiastic and bubbly personality. On top of that, our client is looking for an individual who has a proven track of using effective behaviour management strategies.

The successful applicant must have:
- A Qualified Teacher Status (either a PGCE or Cert Ed.)
- A minimum of 1 year UK teaching experience.
- Knowledge of KS1 National Curriculum and the ability to plan differentiated work.
- A valid DBS on the Update Service or willing to undertake one.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
- Excellent teaching references

Additionally, the candidates must be available for interviews immediately.
