Job description
Protocol Education Ltd. is currently seeking Learning Support Assistants with SEN experience.

We are looking for someone who can identify individuals needs and to support pupils learning environment. The ideal LSA will have experience in working with individuals who may be physically disabled, have dyslexia or speech & language problems, autism, behavioural difficulties or be emotionally vulnerable.

The successful applicants will have:

* Experience of working with children with special needs

* Have a good knowledge of the UK national curriculum

* Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communication with staff, parents and students

* Excellent behaviour management skills

Preferred skills and attributes:

• A good degree in a relevant discipline (2.2 or above)

• A childcare or teaching assistant diploma (or other relevant qualification)

• or other restraint training)
