We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant!

I am working alongside an independent day specialist provider of education in the London borough of Bromley, and WE NEED YOU! We are looking for a fun, creative and adventurous Learning Support Assistant to work alongside the classroom teachers and support the students with their learning both inside and outside of the classroom. This school supports children from 5 – 19 years that have been diagnosed with Autistic Spectrum Conditions (ASC) or have associated Special Educational Needs. Having a strong sense of community, the school’s environment supports learning and promotes the well-being of students and staff. We are looking for some fun/creative Support Assistants that will become a part of the school’s family and support the students to the best of their ability.

The successful applicant will:

  • Have experience working with children that have ASC or Special Educational Needs.
  • Be available to work Full-Time (School hours on Monday to Friday)
  • Hold an up-to-date DBS or be willing to apply for one (MUST BE ON THE UPDATE SERVICE)
  • Hold an up-to-date Safeguarding Certificate or be willing to complete a FREE course provided by us

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
