Job description
A Good' (by Ofsted) primary school in Neasdern is currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced KS2 Teacher to work on a full-time contract from September 2018 as a PPA Teacher in the mornings and a class teacher in the afternoons.

Our client is a school that ensures and encourages high ambitions for what pupils can achieve both in their learning and wider development. It is led by a team of well-established, experienced and supportive members of senior leadership team who provide constant advice. They are looking for a candidate who has in-depth subject knowledge and is able to efficiently support children's academic potential and further extend their learning. The ideal candidate will have an extensive experience working within the KS2 British National Curriculum and proven track of helping their students successfully transition into a Secondary school. The suitable candidate will have a strong understanding particularly of upper KS2, excellent behaviour management skills, inspiring, motivating and engaging attitude, and can-do' attitude. On top of this, the school is seeking a teacher who is committed, hard-working, very organised and can work with a minimum of supervision.


The successful applicant must have:
- A Qualified Teacher Status (either a PGCE or Cert Ed.)
- A minimum of 1 year UK teaching experience.
- Knowledge of KS2 British National Curriculum and the ability to plan differentiated work.
- A valid DBS on the Update Service or willing to undertake one.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
- Excellent teaching references.
