The Early Years Teacher Person Specification

To be considered for this truly excellent opportunity, you must naturally be an inspirational Early Years Teacher who brings a history of 'Good' or better classroom practice and at least 1 year of solid teaching experience within a London Primary school. If you do, and you possess high expectations and a knack for alleviating potentially disruptive situations, then we want to hear from you! Further to that, if you are a Teacher who has the type of superb knowledge and understanding of the EYFS curriculum that will allow you to divert from standard lessons whilst remaining responsible and on track within the syllabus, you will take to this role like a duck to water! Creativity is the name of the game in this role, so if that is the sort of Teacher you are, then apply today!

The Early Years Teacher Role

As a dedicated, passionate Early Years Teacher, you will be teaching one of the Early Years classes at this school and will benefit from working with a very able Teaching Assistant who is well-set within the school and will act as a great ally for you as you get familiar with the students! The school will also offer you a superb CPD scheme, as it does for all its staff, with the goal of potentially growing their own Leadership team from within! Day-to-day, you will be making excellent use of the impressive resources and equipment on offer here, and even at the Early Years stage the students will benefit from purpose-built bright, airy classrooms to aid play-based learning. As this is a school that understands the importance of full staff support, you will be working closely with their successful Head Teacher in order to help you find your feet and gather as much knowledge as possible throughout your time here as this will also allow you to fast-track your career! The Early Years students traditionally score higher than average in their core subject levels, and as a result the school will look to you to help maintain and improve attainment to new heights!

The School

Found in North West London, Harrow, this popular Primary school is located near the heart of the area, and is reachable easily by both rail and road! The school offers staff parking on its premises too, and represents a perfect environment that blends creative learning with a fun, relaxed atmosphere! This combination, under the tutelage of the schools excellent SLT, has helped to see the school achieve new heights of teaching and learning following a poor period a few years ago. If you want to be part of a school that offers you a lovely environment as well as career progression and a group of bright-eyed, enthusiastic students to work with, then apply today for immediate consideration!

This school really is the perfect environment in which a strong Early Teacher can grow their skills and experience, so take advantage of the schools early interview opportunity and send your CV to Glenn Cunningham gcunningham@protocol-education.com
