Are you a Criminology or Psychology graduate interested in behaviour, intervention and prevention? We are recruiting a full-time graduate to support learners who require additional structure and guidance.

This is an excellent stepping stone for careers in Youth Justice, Social Work or Behaviour Analysis.

• Support behaviour management strategies
• Provide consistent 1:1 guidance
• Reinforce routines and expectations
• Encourage positive decision-making

Skills & Qualities:
• Degree in Criminology, Psychology or related field
• Confident and calm under pressure
• Strong boundary-setting skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
