Job description
We are currently seeking a Teaching Assistant who is Team-Teach Trained for a long term role in a primary school based in Harrow. The role involves supporting a young boy in Year 1 with his concentration and behaviour. The pupil displays very challenging behaviours which are consistent with ADHD and ASD. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable and understanding to the needs of the child's behavioural difficulties, and someone who is firm but fair. The role is challenging and will require someone who is Team Teach trained.

Key Duties:
• Supporting pupil in and out of class
• Monitoring pupils behaviour around peers and staff
• Working alongside Class Teacher to differentiate class work
• Using various tactics and implemented strategies to promote positive behaviour
• Working alongside other member of staff to regularly discuss areas of development for the child
• Liaise and feedback to parents/guardians

Minimum Requirements:
• Must have at least 1+ years' experience within a UK primary school
• Must have at least 1+ years' experience working with SEN
• Must be Team Teach Trained
