Job description
We are currently recruiting for a caring and committed SEN Teaching Assistant to work full time on a 1.1 basis with KS1/2 children on the autistic spectrum and may have social communication difficulties. The school is small and friendly and uses different techniques to interact with their pupils such as music and rebound therapy.

The person joining this school would need to have prior experience working with students with special educational needs and not afraid to deal with behaviour challenges.

Candidates should ideally:
-Be passionate about working in education
-Have experience working with children with Autism
-Be adaptable and able to work in a challenging setting
-Be committed, resilient and positive
-Have excellent attendance and punctuality record
